This photo has been taken as a RAW image and the converted to JPEG. While i was taking these photos i was experimenting with the different ISO levels so the photos are noisy. This photo has been taken at an ISO of 1600, which may have been too high. To edit this photo all i have done is adjust the levels in photoshop. I have done this because I wanted the photo to be brighter. This has improved the photo because it is clearer what its of. To improve this i will lower the ISO so that it isn't noisy.

Image shot at night using flash

I took this photo is RAW on may camera and used flash to light it due to it being nighttime. For this image the only adjustments i have made include adjusting the curves and levels. I have done this because i wanted the shot to be clearer so that people can see whats happening in it. I think that doing this has improved the image because as well as making the image brighter, there is now more contrast. I am happy with how this photo has turned out because it is a good establishing shot of the location. To improve this next time i could maybe use a person in the photo to add more context. However, i think that this has been successful.

Image shot on overcast day

This is another photo that has been taken as a RAW photo and the converted to a JPEG. The only adjustment i have made to this photo is making it brighter. This is due to it being an overcast day, making the lighting in the photo, not very good. I am happy with the outcome of this photo because i have made it brighter and made it clear what the photo is of.

Image shot during the day in bright sunlight

I took this photo in Raw mode on my camera. I have made adjustments to it such as decreasing the shadows to make them darker and i have also increased the highlights in order to make the colour "pop" more. After doing this i have then adjusted the curves so that i could make the photo slightly brighter. I am happy with how this photo turned out because the shadows look good and i am happy with the editing of this photo. This has been successful because i am happy with the final outcome.

Image shot during the day using fill in flash

This photo has been shot on an overcast day using a fill in flash. I don't think this was ver successful and i need to practice it. To edit this all i have done is adjust the brightness so that you can see exactly what is happening in the photo. Next time i will try to blur out the background more.

Overall, i think that this task as a whole has been successful. I have learnt new techniques and discovered what i need to improve on. This will help me in later task with in the course where i may need to consider shooting in RAW as i feel this will be better for documentary shooting. I will also continue with limited editing on photos as this will prevent any manipulation to the photos.
