AD4893 (Studio): On Location Edits

Jordan:

These are the photos that i took of Jordan. Jordan is a music student who specialises in recording sound. For his photos i had him sit in front of of a sound recording desk and look at me. These photos are inspired by photographer Jack Lawson, however i have taken them as lockdown restrictions are relaxing meaning that music artists are able to go back in and record their work. I have chosen to have these photos slightly dark because i wanted to keep the same kind of feeling in the photos as in the studio.

Morgan:

This is Morgan who is also a music student. He plays instruments such as guitars and pianos as well as sound recording. For his portraits i have has him holding his guitar and looking in to the camera. This has kept him in context as a musician. The lighting was quite awkward on his face meaning that i have had to brighten the photos in photoshop. This has helped to make the shadows on his face look lighter so as the viewer we can make out his eyes.
