Main Idea:
For my covid-19 photoshoot I plan to photograph a wedding that I will be attending. Due to covid restrictions only 15b people are allowed to attend weddings. In this photoshoot I will be addressing the use of facemasks and social distancing between family members. I will be photographing portraits before and after the wedding. In preparation for this photoshoot I have been looking at photographers such as Ed Kashi who is a photojournalist working for VII Agency. I have provided some examples of his work from. A wedding which he shot in New Orleans.

My images will be a similar to this style as i will be looking at taking portraits of people at weddings. it looks as though the photographer has used a natural daylight for the lighting in this photo, this means that i will be doing the same. they have also positioned the subject quite central with in the frame. whne i take my photos i plan to have the subject more central. some of these photos the subject will be making eye contact with the viewer, however in others i plan to show social distancing in action.

Back-up idea:
Due to covid being unpredictable i have come up with a back up idea incase i am unable to photograph at the wedding. This will be the same concept however i will be photographing portraits of people wearing face masks on the street and in my household. Bruce Gilden has inspired this photoshoot. i plan to look at this work further in another blog post as his work interested me. This photoshoot will be done in and around Cheltenham town centre.
